Hello, I’m Peta.

I am a certified Intuitive Eating Coach and Self-Kindness Guide. I believe in guiding and empowering my clients to be compassionate and understanding towards themselves.

I specialise in working with adults and young people individually and in groups delivering pre-recorded, sessions which nurture and support the growth of intuitive eating, self-compassion, self-confidence and self-acceptance.

You will always find me with a cup of tea in hand, ☕️ usually a cat within stroking reach 🐱, and a notebook or five on the kitchen table full of scribbles, to dos and ideas. I am based in Cornwall, England and work with clients all over the world.

My Values & Manifesto

My values shape the way in which I work and live. I believe in trusting our intuition, doing all things with kindness and integrity and finding true connection with ourself and alignment within our lives. 💫 I have become an expert in myself in living this way and I hope to guide you too, to become an expert in you.

I have poured my energy and time into being as ‘in the know’ as is possible when it comes to my work. This entails deciphering studies and research, I hope to always be able to deliver this knowledge and expertise in a straightforward and gentle way 🤓. So much of the information available to us is written in a difficult to understand manner. It is of the highest importance that any wisdom and knowledge shared via Nourishing Soulfully, no matter how sensitive or confusing it may be, is uncomplicated and makes complete sense.

I believe in a world without diet culture, shame and judgement. Where we are valued not for what we look like but for who we are. A world where self-compassion is taught in schools as part of the curriculum - self-kindness is not a skill we are born with, but a behaviour we learn. A manner which embraces acceptance, trust and gentle being.

I believe that when we are less preoccupied with our appearance, the way in which others view us, the food we eat and our 'enoughness' in this world we are more focused, with increased levels of productivity. ☺️Our self-confidence rockets 🚀 enabling us to do things we wouldn't even let ourselves dream of before.

THE VALUE OF WHO WE ARE

I believe the guidance which never fails us, is that which is shared from our intuition, our inner knowing or gut feeling. ✨ I believe that when we live a life which intuitively feels good, we experience joy in our every day, every single day. I believe in the education of listening to, being guided by and following one's 'gut instinct' or intuition. After all, we have this instinct for a reason.

I believe in intentional living, mindful moments and a thoughtful, wholesome way of life. A Nourishing Soulfully life. I believe that our intuition guides us towards our own success, towards what is meant to be and the very best life for us.

HONOURING OUR INTUITION

I believe in a culture which supports nourishment, which is patient and trusting. A deep, unconditional level of self-care which meets every single one of our needs. I believe in the art of slowing down, in the prioritising of looking after our own selves first which enables us to truly take care of others. 💛

I believe in self-kindness, ultimately we are all doing the very best we can with the resources, time and knowledge we have right now.

TRUE SELF-CARE
