Good morning world! :) It is 09:21, I have yoga-ed, had breakfast and I'm ready to start the day. I thought I'd pop a little post up before I get carried away with a very busy Saturday but what to write? hmmmm....
I called one of my very best friends this morning for inspiration. He arrives tonight and will have to put up with me for the next two weeks, isn't he the lucky one. His post ideas were the following:
- Keeping fit in both body and mind - not a bad idea. Quite liked this one.
- The week ahead and what you have planned - could do this but then that's a huge spoiler for my weekly round up isn't it.
- Motivation to get out of bed - not quite sure I'm fully qualified for this one...
Motivation to get out of bed? Okay, so I've become terrible at getting out of bed. I'm one of those people that puts a thousand alarms on that go off every minute and I hate it. I used to be someone that jumped out of bed before the alarm went off. Where is she?! Can I please have her back?!
Mornings are just difficuuuuult. I know that I'd be so much happier hopping out of bed as soon as I wake up but I just can't seem to find the power and will inside of me at the moment. Did you know that if you snooze instead of getting up right away it takes you roughly three hours longer to be fully awake and coherent in the morning. Uhuh, yup, that's probably motivation enough isn't it?
I'd forgotten about that fun fact...
Something to bear in mind next time I reach for the snooze button.
