Butternut Squash Soup | 24 Seconds In The Kitchen

Autumn for me conjures up images of butternut squash, the taste of cinnamon and warming soups so I thought let's throw all of those yummy things together and make a scrumptious winter warmer!
This plant based soup is wonderfully thick and creamy and really rather tasty!
Butternut Squash Soup Ingredients:
- 1 Small butternut squash
- 1 Cup of water
- 1 Tbsp of tahini
- 2 Tbsp of honey
- 1 Tsp of cinnamon
- 1 Tsp of nutmeg
- Salt & pepper to season
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 240'c. De-seed the butternut squash and cut in half. Place in the oven for 40 mins. Once cooked add the butternut squash and the rest of the ingredients into a food blender and mix up thoroughly. Enjoy!
