Cranberry & Strawberry Bliss Balls
These are my new favourite sweet treat, bursting with flavour they went down a treat with my guinea pigs at work. They are perfect as an on the go breakfast or as a 4pm pick me up.
- 3 Cups of oats
- 4 Tbsp of chia seeds
- 2 Handfuls of walnuts
- 1 Cup of cranberries
- 1 Cup of strawberries
- 4 Tbsp of honey
Place the dry ingredients in a food processor and mix together for a moment or two, now add the wet ingredients. Roll into bite size balls and freeze for a couple of hours.
