Healthy Chocolate Pudding
Here is my very yummy, very simple chocolate pudding recipe. This is entirely plant based and has only four ingredients, it is one of my favourites and my pick me up go to when I need something sweet.
2 Cups of oats 4 Tbsp of cacao 2 Large handfuls of sultanas 2 Cups of plant based milk (Almond milk or rice milk work great!)
Pop the oats in the blender and blitz until it forms a flour, add the cacao and sultanas blitz again. Finally add the milk, refrigerate for an hour and then devour instantly.
