Healthy Tea Loaf
Ingredients: 1 Cup of oats 1 Cup of sultanas 1 Cup of tea 1/4 Cup of almonds 1 tbsp Coconut oil 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda 2 tsp Honey
Make a cup of black tea and soak the sultanas in the tea, whilst that cools pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees celcius.
Put the oats, almonds, ginger, nutmeg and bicarbonate soda in a blender and blitz to make a flour. Add the coconut oil, sultanas, tea and honey. Mix and pour into a cake tin.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20-30mins.
