I'm all for trying new combinations but I honestly didn't think this one was going to work as well as it does. I actually took it up to my parent's house for everyone to taste test to make sure I'm not just really strange in finding this combo oddly delicious.

This is a great Summer plant based dish perfect for BBQ's and garden parties. It's always good to have an easy vegan dish on hand during the Summer holidays.
