I’ve been writing this post in my head over and over again for the past few months, the post where I tell you that the ebook is officially out in the world and you can download it here! Ahhhhh! I was going to wait until Friday, but I haven’t slept a wink,it is now 5am and it’s all due to the excitement and adrenaline of launching a new project. So here we are. All four cats are up with me, cheering me on and probably thinking “is it breakfast time yet?!”
I’ve written this book as part of my Support 1000 People Project - my goal is to help 1000 people to create a neutral relationship with food and an accepting relationship with their body. The book is divided into steps because anything to do with food and body image can quickly become very overwhelming and confusing. I hope you find the journaling prompts simple to understand and may they guide you to uncover all of the answers deep within.
Pretty much all of our issues and hangups around food, dieting, exercise, fitness, wellbeing and body image can be traced back and once we uncover the reasons why we behave in the way that we do, we can create new habits, channelling an improved mindset and an alternative perspective.
