Spinach, Pepper & Sweetcorn Tupper Noodles | Pe-ta Food

One of my favourite take to work lunches has to be tupper noodles. They're so quick and easy to make, take around 30-60 seconds of preparation and only require hot water once lunch time rolls around. It's so nice eating a steamng nutritious meal at work!

Spinach, Pepper & Sweetcorn Tupper Noodle Ingredients:

  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 handful of chopped red and green peppers
  • 1 handful of sweetcorn
  • 1 tsp of sweet paprika
  • salt & pepper to season

Method:

Place the spinach, chopped pepper and sweetcorn in the bottom of the pot. Add the noodles on top and then the paprika and seasoning. Seal tightly and pop in your bag to take to work. At lunch time just add hot water and wait for five minutes and then enjoy!
