Hi hi hi, I'm writing this at 23:46 because I am bloody well determined to keep up with this blogging every day for a year challenge, but my goodness do I just want to curl up in bed. My 6:30 alarm is not going to be welcome when morning arrives. I've had one of those crazy productive weekends where I just haven't stopped, it's wonderful and the result is a fridge full of meals prepped for the week, a sparkly clean house, clean clothes all folded and put away, a lot of work stuff prepared for the week and a very tired me. Maybe I'll find time to have a little nap tomorrow...yeah...sure I will.

Let's take a very quick look at my week in pictures so that I can run off to the land of nod shall we

The lemon tree in my garden just amazes me every single day, it doesn't matter how many lemons I pick, it just keeps flowering and delivering more lemons. I'm sure there's a life lesson metaphor in there somewhere I'm just too tired to think of it.

One of my favourite dishes this week was the contents of my fridge + quinoa pasta dish. It was yum!

The shepard had his goats and sheep in the field at the end of my lane again and this little fella popped his head over the wall. Is he not the coolest goat ever?!

Breakfast in bed on a Sunday seems to be a thing...I like it.

I made Deliciously Ella's chunky carrot and kale soup from her book Deliciously Ella Every Day and it was every kind of wonderful in a bowl with sauteed kale and garlic on top.
