Vegan Burgers

It's BBQ season and these vegan burgers are definitely worth trying out if you're planning a healthy barbecue this Summer. They are plant based burgers made with red beads and courgette and they are surprisingly delicious! DSC04515


  • Tin of red beads
  • 1 Courgette
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • Seasoning
  • Rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 Cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 Cup of whole grain flour
  • 1 Cup of quinoa

Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and mix well. Pop a little olive oil in a frying pan and using a spoon place a burger sized amount of the mixture in the pan. I can fit about four in one go in my pan. Fry on both sides or cook on the BBQ!
