Wonderful Wednesday 40 of 2018

I’m writing this Wonderful Wednesday letter from my sick bed - it sounds rather dramatic I know. I’m in a rather dramatic mood. It’s nothing serious, just a stomach bug but oh my goodness has it hit me for six! Shall we get on with the wonderful before I go into further detail? I think we’d better!

Nourishing Soulfully.
Did you spot the name change? I’m so very excited about the whole thing and it really does seem a little like a dream at the moment. I decided to take you along on the journey of re-branding, there will be no big announcements or secrets, just little changes here and there which I hope will tie everything together nicely. One of the biggest changes was the name which I feel sums up my content and work with clients perfectly.

The Circle.
Oh my goodness what a programme, I am so so so happy with who won, I won’t mention names for those who still have to catch up. I really enjoyed the whole concept and have to say I’m missing my circle fix already, although I’m so happy to have earlier bed times back. I was in bed at 10pm last night, delightful.

Chamomile Tea with Honey.
I haven’t had a cup of chamomile tea in quite a while, definitely not since the start of Summer. It was exactly what my poorly tummy fancied today. I find it so soothing and comforting, that little spoon of honey does wonders for sugar levels and feeling a little more with it too!

Re-decorating.
As I’ve been chattering on about for the past few weeks, I’ve been having a good old clear out ready to re-decorate. I’m hoping i’ll be well enough this weekend to start painting. I’m also over the moon that I have managed to sell enough of my unwanted belongings to purchase a brand new mattress, eeeeeep!!!

Thunder Storms.
I used to absolutely hate thunder storms, but I’ve grown to really love them, especially when I’m tucked up safe and sound in bed and all of the fur-babies crawl in too for extra cuddles.

That’s my wonderful today my loves, I’m sorry it’s a little shorter than usual but I’m feeling rather poorly. I’m off to snuggle up under a blanket with the cats and watch FRIENDS - a sure fire way to feel better.
