We work together to uncover and untangle eating behaviours, food stories and thoughts working towards finding neutrality with eating and food.
As a certified Eating Psychology Coaching and using my own personal experience along with years of trial and error I guide you to:
Feel empowered and in control
Neutral in regards to food and eating
Eat Mindfully and Intuitively.
Discover a deep sense of love and respect for your body
Uncover and understand your behaviours and thought patterns
Care for and accept yourself
Enjoy the foods that make you feel good - whatever they may be.
I provide you with the tools, accountability and, most importantly, a friend to hold your hand on the journey.
We are all unique, with our own likes and dislikes, beautifully remarkable bodies which react to foods in ways unlike any other. Not one of us is identical to another human being, what we eat doesn’t have to be either.
