Self-Kindness is something we all need so that we can be the very best versions of ourselves.
Kindness is the quality of being friendly, generous and considerate. Caring, loving and giving. Being kind to ourselves can often be very difficult, at times even impossible. It’s not something we can just turn a switch on and be. It’s something we learn, with specific tools, methods and guidance. It’s habits, mindsets and beliefs which are broken down, untangled, unfurled and undone. It’s the building, creating and growing of a loving kindness practice which supports us to feel like our true selves and give loving kindness to others without condition.
